Information most commonly collected is in the initial Discovery Session and the initial student evaluation. Other information is collected during the Course phase, including cognitive measurements and developmental scores.

ICONIX uses collected data, like your email address or phone number, to interact with our families directly. For instance, we may send a notification about an upcoming session or appointment or homework assignment or requested resources.
ICONIX may use automated systems to provide our families with appointment notifications or scheduling changes/updates.

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of ICONIX except with permission.
ICONIX will ask for your explicit consent to share any sensitive personal information.
If ICONIX is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we'll continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
